Women’s Build a Success!
Thanks to everyone who volunteered time and muscle for the Women’s Build! The two-day project, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, brought out both old and new friends alike - almost 100 in all - to help build three homes for families in need. Congratulations to those hardworking, selfless ladies in pink shirts and ball caps, who brought lots of laughter and fun to a very windy construction site!

"In 2007, 7 women made a leadership commitment to help make real and lasting changes in our community. Two years later, 63 distinguished women have joined the WLC as guardians of our community.
The WLC focus goes beyond raising funds. We're raising hopes, creating opportunities and changing lives. The WLC has the power to generate change, to transform the tomorrows of those in need."
